- Well im me, and im from Copenhagen,
Denmark.
->what are you doing when you´re not playing music
- hhmm im getting some education,
finishing this summer,
after 3 years of hard work,
hopefully ill finish with some good results....
I listen to music all day in my mp3man, and on my stereo...
And computer of course..
:))
.. i practice some sports..
and basically enjoy myself, with my friends and my girlfriend of course,
go to parties and such..
->What are your origins how did you come to music???
- hhhm i started playing the guitar when i was about 10 years old,
and played it for 3 years i think...
but lost interest, my sound didnt get heavy enough..
hehe..
well ive always been into music,
i think i can see good in almost any kind of music...
except maybe mainstream mtv shit..
i really hate that..
ohh and hip hop and r'n'b...
also not me.. but music is very important to me.
I started listening to trance music, about 5 years ago,
and starting going to the parties, and i fell in love with the style..
And up until now my love for it hasnt changed..
->Why did you decide to become a producer/artist???
-- well,
as i just said, i really enjoy trance music,
and ive always felt that i had some good ideas..... hehe,
the usual story... and wanted to give it a try,
but im still pretty new at all this,
and ive realized that is not as easy as one should think...
but ill fight...
->what are your side-projects at the Moment ???

->What do you think of the today's scene in general? What trends is it taking,
what moments you like or dislike?
-- hhmm i think todays scene is really great,
everybody is doing their own thing, and thats great,
im really picky about what music i listen to, but there is definently
( no spellcheck on ICQ.. damnit.. )
something for everybody, and that is what matters... there has to be room for
all the styles...
hhmmm something i dislike.. eehhh the use of really hard drugs at parties...
ive just heard that heroin was found on some people at a party..
thats pushing it i think...
->What do you think of the growing number of the labels,artists and websites
like FREDERIKFLANGER.com and the quality of the music released nowadays?
-- well i think its great,
it gives a chance to all us unknown wannabees, to get a "profesionel" opinion...
and maybe even release... i think thats great,
and i think that everybody should get a chance,
and im not just saying that cause im looking for a lable to check out my stuff..
but check out all the unknown stuff,
that people put their heart and soul into, so thats just the way it should be..

I think its a good idea, and very inspirering to see people making an effort....
The quality of todays releases..
well as i said before im very picky,
so there are alot of acts out there that never caught my ear...
But then again who am i to judge..
->You favorites for the moment and what other (non trance) music do you like?

well i must say i think mekano is great, their style is perfect for me,
and Namhaj/hiram abif is also really nice..
i love his dark style... the darker the better...
and also cicero...
And of course almost every side project of Cujo.. some very nice trax..

System of a down is great.. and of course deftones... then there is Aphex twin.
i really love his music, he is really a genius..
->How and when did you come to trancemusic, to producing and to your first
gigs?
-- i first heard trance music ( crop circles - æunar civilization ) about
5 years ago,
and ever since ive been into it..
i started to go to some parties, and moved more and more towards minimal and
progresive,
and now im not really into the full on stuff anymore..
I havent played any gigs yet..
as i said im very new to this, and i dont have enough trax for a liveset yet..
but soon hopefully..
->What does it mean for you playing and producing things!?
It means alot to me, i really cant explain why,
i dont have a message, and i really dont express my innermost feelings,
i just think of what i would like to hear on a dancefloor,
and go for that.. ->Which DJs and acts and Parties have influenced your style?
- i wouldnt say that i have been influenced by other trance acts..
and i get my ideas at the parties,
i think of what would be great at that moment for me,
what would make me dance.. but i must say,
that portishead gave me some ideas... hehe..
->What was the best, funniest or strangest experience in your carreer
- hehe this is gonna be a long one, well first of all very serious,
new years eve about 3 months ago,
i saw Mekano and Autopsy in a basement in copenhagen..
that was just about the best set i ever saw..
But my best party experience was when a very good friend of mine threw a party
in his parents house..
music in the basement in the livingroom in the kitchen and upstairs..
Best party EVER!
... unfortunatly the police shut us down at about 2'o'clock in the morning..
but we had been partying since 18:00 o'clock i think
.. hehe..
dont remember.. hehe..My strangest experience... hhmm well it involves a danish
rock festival,
kung fu fighting girls and a bad shrimpcheese sandwhich..
you figure it out..
->What are your releases/events until now
--well unfortunantly nonexisting, but i am talking to some label..
and waiting for replys, but then again isnt everybody...
i just hope that my trax are special... and if not.. ill make them evenmore
special in the future..
the will reach vinyl.. i promise...
